When presented with a complete set of approved project drawings, the estimating group at Watermark Construction Group is able to produce an accurate project cost estimate and provide the full cost of its project services to successfully purchase all specified project, provide full construction services, manage project operations and complete the proposed construction project. Being selected as a project’s General Contractor is predicated on establishing a firm project cost budget and a firm construction activity schedule.
